This split is an oldie and it's a starting point for a couple of bands. SASQUATCH is roach and jen sas that went on to REACT and THOSE POOR BASTARDS. HELLSPAWN is pignose that went on to ASSRASH, you know what to expect, hellspawn also did a split with MISERY.

HELLSPAWN/SASQUATCH

I think this is the same GREED I posted in this blog earlier, but I'm not sure. It seems to be, but sounds a little different. On the reverse you get REPRISAL and they're crusty/doomy sounds. If this is what your looking for, then get it.

GREED/REPRISAL

This is the FEAR OF GOD - AS STATUS FELL 12'', nothing new, well it is if you haven't heard it. The same style as all the rest of fear of gods music. This is an excellent out put as well as the rest that they did, get it.

AS STATUS FELL

CHICKENCHEST AND THE BIRDBOYS, this is a rare 12'' that has members OF DISRUPT and GRIEF. Jay from both bands and Jeff from both bands, plus one other member that I don't know, but I can say this is way off base from those bands I spoke of. This is old school punk and it's way different. I got this straight from BILL T MILLER himself and what a cool dude. He gave me this and a CD for a good deal and I'd have to say good luck finding this 12". It's not what you'd expect from members of the bands I spoke of.

ACURSED/LAST WARNING split 7'', we know the band and here's the music.

ACURSED/LAST WARNING

This is the first SKAVEN 7'', old crusty tunes here. They also did a couple splits with DYSTOPIA and STORMCROW. If you don't know them, then you need to do your self a favor and check out the crust.

SKAVEN

ABERRATION was NEUROSIS's first 7" that they put out. In the same style as PAIN OF MIND, but less songs. This is a well worth listenable 7". If you liked the 12'', then this is a no brainer.

Now split up seattle band, SANCTUM, I'm not sure if this is a discography or not ,but I do know that it's the ON THE HORIZON 12'' and as bonus material you get the S?T 7'' plus the ENSLAVED 7"".Crusty to the finish.

SANCTUM

We got here some crusty, doom, sludge. STORMCROW has done alot of splits with, SANCTUM and SKAVEN as well as a 12''. This is well worth your wild if you ask me, one of the most worth checking out. This is there 12'', highly recommended.

ENSLAVED IN DARKNESS

AXIOM if you haven't heard them, then you got to try this on for size. From Portland when they were around, this is there first 7'' and in my opinion some of the best stuff they put out. All they're stuffs rad, not to discredit the other albums, but as far as music goes, they say that bands first material is always the best. I care to differ, but in some cases that is true and in this case and as well as in most hardcore bands favor, the statement applies. Crusty, grinding masses, as well as thrashers, pay attention to this one.

AXIOM

WELLINGTON/NOOTHGRUSH split 7" on deep six records. Sludge core from both bands, a good release.

WELLINGTON/NOOTHGRUSH

This is obviously the NOOTHGRUSH/CORRUPTED split 12''. NOOTHGRUSH need no explanation, but for all those unknowing, this is basically a GRIEF type, sludge rock. Excellent tunes, if you like doom/sludge, you'll like these jams. CORRUPTED I don't know much about, but they're in the same vain as the two bands i already spoke about. check it out man!

NOOTHGRUSH/CORRUPTED

I do believe this is the first lp by GRIEF. This is very good as well as all the out put GRIEF did. Check it out if you haven't heard it.

COME TO GRIEF

This is the first grief 7", you've heard them, you know who they are and if you don't, at one time they had JAY from DISRUPT and still have past members of DISRUPT. This is also on the DISMAL LP, if you can find that. I'll post'em all!

GRIEF

SEIZED, sludgy/gloom and doom. This has all there songs from the BOOKS FOR PRISONERS comp, DEVOID OF FAITH split, IRE split, INERTIA KILLS split, GO CD comp and a couple unreleased songs. This is a good collection to seize to.

The RETURN TO DESOLATION has long been a classic among those I've met along my world journey's. This version contains, a LIVE REHEARSAL from 92' and the songs from the RETURN TO DESOLATION out put. Comes with the ALL THAT REMAINS 7", but i ripped that straight from the vinyl do to the sounds alot more raw, so it's location is in another post on this page.

RETURN TO DESOLATION

GREED is radical as far as Swedish crust/grind goes. They've been around awhile, but don't get me wrong they're not together anymore. They've had some splits, the REACT and a couple others. I don't know the discography, but this is by far one of there best albums.

SILENCE IS NO REACTION

ENVENOMED are from OHIO and blast out some super rad grind/crust. You need this, just take a chance. It will cure your jones for that fix, i promise. On TORTURE GARDEN PICTURE COMPANY, play here.

This is some good old hardcore on nemesis records, I ripped the A side only because the B side is some shitty take on rap metal and it's not worth listening to. These guys are straight up the real deal back then, this is a hard to find album and I would totally recommend it to all.

INTENT TO INJURE

This here is one of my all time favorites. I grew up listening to this and I'd have to say that it's worthy of any ones collection. I think they're from Washington, but I'm not sure. Good old school hardcore for all, if I was you I'd check it out just out of respect for what is now lost. This came out when I was atleast 12 and I am now 30.

POSITIVE GREED

Here you go all you HELLNATION fans, the first 7'' put out on sound pollution records. A must have for those HELLNATION collections out there. The PEOPLES TEMPLE 7''. Not what you'd expect for there first 7'', but cool none the less. Eat it up!

Grinding you down to nothing, here's the first UNHOLY GRAVE demo, plus two extra cover songs live in 93'. No description will be given, but if you don't know UNHOLY GRAVE, then I'drecommend this as a must have. This shit shreds!

DEATH COMES FROM NOWHERE

Oldies at there best. What we got here is a good outing by this now nonexistent band. They put out some good tunes along there way and this one's nice. CRIME PAYS WHEN PIGS DIE is one of my all time favorites along with this 7", but let's not forget about the SPREAD YOUR FILTH album. Classic tunes, Got to love them oldies!

CHRIST ON A CRUTCH

Most of you know both of these bands by now. OI POLLOI has been around the block about oh, let's say a hundred times and BLOWNAPART BASTARDS have a few releases under there belts as well. The two together in a 7''. Good tunes from both sides, if you haven't heard this then it's a good starting point for both parties.

POLLOI SPLIT BASTARD

PINK FLAMINGOS, I don't know nothing about these guys. Here's there discography. They did a couple splits including the MAN IS THE BASTARD split and a bunch of comp trax. They did other splits, but I don't know where there from or where they came from. Good tunes though, none the less. Old hard to find comp. of all there stuff. If you like them, listen to this.

LEGACY OF HATE

I'm from BOISE, IDAHO, well not really, but this is where I live right now. Friends of mine here HUMMINGBIRD OF DEATH/PILE OF MAGGOT INFESTED VISCERA put this 3" CD out along time ago, way before I even knew of them. Limited to 50 copies, for those that can't find it, you can now check it out.

H.O.D - P.O.M.I.V

FEAR OF GOD, one of the most under rated bands that came out of the 80's. In a league of there own, but not to forget NAPALM DEATH that came out around or after as I know. These guys as far as I can say were way better then napalm death and until this day I still think the same. I recently just heard of them through a good friend of mine (JAKE) about a year ago and he's more knowledgeable about them then I. I'll post a couple more for those into FEAR OF GOD and if you don't know who they are, then check it out for some rad blast-beat noise.

FEAR OF GOD

HELLNATION,what I know about them is one of the members started SOUND POLLUTION RECORDS in order to put out hellnation albums. They have a lot of albums that have been put out, including this one known as CONTROL. One of the earlier releases they put out and one that's not so common.

Don't be fooled by this album at first listen or at the first songs intro, this is for real the LOGICAL NONSENSE everyone knows of. An older album I picked up in Spokane,WA when I went to see they familia. As I remember I got it for cheap at 4000 holes and the WHIPPED - AGITATOR LP at the same time. Scores from hell, just at the right time. This will not disappoint you. It may not be as hardcore as the SOUL POLLUTION LP, but it's equally rad. Do yourself a favor and listen to this and SEBASTIAN if your out there, thanks for the good times in ASHLAND, OREGON.

DEADTIME

DEUS EX MACHINA is REACT's 12''. I don't know if this is the only 12'' they did, but I do know that they did a couple of other projects such as a split 12'', and another 3 way split cd with a couple of bands. This is some of they're best stuff i've heard just like the 7'' I posted. More tunes of the same style as you know. Live fast, play load.

For the true lovers of the all mighty MAN IS THE BASTARD we got a split that I've looked for, for awhile and i don't think it can be found for download, but now it can. We have here if you don't notice, the MAN IS THE BASTARD/BLEEDING RECTUM split 12''. What else is there to say? MAN IS THE BASTARD can do no wrong, if you know the band then check this platter out.

This is the REACH LP by MORAL SUCKLING,they also have a 7'' (NO MORE WAR TOYS) that was put out in the late 80's. I'm thinking this was put out around the same time, but I really cant tell you much. This Lp is alot different in style than the 7'' for sure. Cant give a good description do to them having there own style on this album, check it out you'll like it, maybe. it's good i think and you may also.

REACH

For those fans of ACURSED just like me here you go. An album I've looked for, for a couple years and just found. The ACURSED/BONDS OF TRUST split 7''. As you know nothing short of whats expected from ACURSED. Soon i'll post the ACURSED/LAST WARNING 7''. These guy's are excellent.

ACURSED

M.O.M as known by most have a few splits as far as I know. They did a split with the grinders known as AGATHOCLES. Here is an album that I scored off of DR. STRANGE records. To find old gems such as this one I'd say always check out DR. STRANGE records. This is all live, but doesn't loose it's intensity. They're from japan.

Japanese hardcore, grindcore at it's best.

MOBID ORGANS MUTILATION

This here I think is the first REACT 7", i could be wrong and I've been known to be wrong a time or two. I scored this 7" on eBay for $12. What a steal and now I can have an almost complete collection of REACT albums. I will post them all for those that love react as much as I do. REACT has members or had members from STATE OF FEAR, SASQUATCH, THOSE POOR BASTARDS and of course DEFORMED CONSCIENCE.

PAWN is for all. They"re from Ohio and this is one of those 7" that i searched for, for years and ended up finding it on eBay from someone in Spain, who would of thunk it. As you've seen for the most part everything I post is crusty,grindy or hardcore. This is a little of all. I think that if you never heard them then at least check it out and give it a spin. It's good tunes to rebel to. It is an album for those of all walks of life, as far as punk, hardcore or grind goes. Don't be shy, take a peek and find out what PAWN is all about, awsome if you'de ask me.

GUERRILLA INTENT

About this 12", don't be confused with the other DISABUSE bands out there, this is the real deal. This DISABUSE is made up of members of DISRUPT and EXTREME NOISE TERROR. Put out on vinyl japan and is rad beyond all belief. First heard this on napster back in 99 and since then i got it on vinyl on a trip to Portland for $8. Way out of print, if you like crust and the two bands that make up this album, then it's a must hear. I speak the truth.

DISABUSE

I don't know that many people that have heard LAST GASP, but what I can tell you about them is, they're like NO COMMENT, they have some CROSSED OUT to them and they're thanked by alot of bands in there thank you lists. From Seattle and that's that.

HAPPILY EVER AFTER

Pre- MAN IS THE BASTARD here for your pleasure, as well for those that can't find it. This band is from what I've heard is made up of members of, OR has had members from MINDROT and DYSTOPIA, but im not that sure what the truth is. One of the few 7" I first heard when I started into the hardcore underground scene back in thee old days. Crusty,grindy,chuggy and fast at times. Check it out, rad art work too.

DEAD AGAINST THE WAR!

I first heard this 7" through my friend Steve before he moved back to Seattle. At the time I had already heard the RETURN TO DESOLATION album. I ended up getting this SLAP A HAMer with the ALL THAT REMAINS 7" plus like 2 other 7" for $30 bucks out of a maximum rocknroll classified ad.

RORSCHACH DISCOGRAPHY here, as you've been able to tell if you read my descriptions under the covers, i really don't know what to say about most of the bands. A lot has already been said in favor of the bands from the time they started until way after there demise. I like the music i post and that's all that matters. I also am putting out there what i have so if people can't find this stuff, now there is a place where it's all compiled. This is only the beginning my fellow hardcore friends.

REMAIN SEDATE!

This band as we all should know have pre - members of the all mighty MAN IS THE BASTARD and before P.H.C a.k.a PISSED HAPPY CHILDREN there was the PILLSBURY HARD CORE. What is there really to say about all these bands except that Eric wood for the most part created power violence. For some rad jammin, tune in to this discography cd located bellow.

We got this great piece of material from DISAFFECT. This here discography cd has of course everything they put out. Dual vo-kills, man/women over the top of some well played crusty punk. If you don't know, well know you can.

We have here another SLAP A HAMer classic 12". On the one side you get ANARCHUS, Mexico death metal legends and on the flip you get metal rippers MONASTERY. Great album, one of my favorites since i was 13.

CARCINOGEN dino's band before DYSTOPIA, this demos a little more grindy than dystopia, but never the less powerful. 8 songs all together unlike every other copy of this demo I found and it works. Hope you enjoy.

As stated by DINO/DYSTOPIA,theses guys are the spinal tap of hard core. These guys been around since the late 80's and still keeps on keep in on. Just released another 12"recently. This here's a classic SLAP A HAMer 12". If you like them and don't already have this get it, it shreds and in my opinion one of there best albums till this day. For grind freaks a must.

MEANS OF EXISTENCE

RICE if you haven't heard them sound like old Japanese hardcore. There from san diego and this was pressed and put out on old lookout records before they became crap. Well some would say that they have always been crap, but they did put out some good albums back when. Rice is all about rice and they're good tunes.
